What is Humergy?

 

Humergy is a member only mobile automotive service company.  Humergy delivers gasoline to members directly into their vehicles at home or work. Humergy also provides on-site refueling services to business vehicles.

How does it work?

 

It's easy. First, sign up for an annual membership. Then, select the preferred service delivery time.  Finally, relax while our technician services your vehicle.

How long does it take?

 

Services generally take about 5 to 8 minutes. Actual service times may vary based on proximity to traffic and other factors.

How much does it cost?

 

Humergy does not charge for delivering top-tier premium gasoline. Our daily fuel rate is based on your area's Fuel Gauge Report. Cleaning windows and routine safety checks are also complimentary.

When and how do I pay for my order?

 

All service transactions are paid for immediately after the services are completed. We accept Visa, Mastercard, Discover, and American Express. We do not accept cash.

Do I need to tip the Fuel Technician?

 

You are not required to tip your Fuel Tech. However, if you feel inclined to do so, our Fuel Techs accept tips, via cash or credit card.

What if I place a service order and want to cancel?

 

You can cancel an order at any time, at or before, notification without any penalties. If you confirm service and then cancel, there will be a $10 cancellation fee. However, if the valet comes to your location and you cancel, we will charge you for the minimum service.
